New First Aid Tourniquet Training Arm™ Debuts At Florida Aquatics Conference in St. Cloud, Florida

New First Aid Tourniquet Training Arm™ from eLifeguard.com made its first appearance Tuesday at the Florida Aquatics Council Annual Seminar in St. Cloud, Florida. The event held in Central Florida near Walt Disney World brings in aquatics professionals from all across Florida and surrounding states. Each year ground breaking aquatics and first responder products and services are launched at the meeting.

The ground breaking new First Aid Tourniquet Arm Trainer™ stands out from any other product currently available to first responders. At first glance, the new first aid training device appears to be a much more durable and cost effective option than anything else on the market. The patent pending design was created and is being marketed by eLifeguard.com, the industry leader in aquatics and first aid product innovation that has been in operation for 25 years. One of the company’s other recent product launches, the USCG Approved LIFE RING™ won the prestigious Thomas Edison Awards Silver Award for design and innovation in the category LIFESAVING & LIFE-CHANGING.

The new first aid device is made of an ultra-durable closed foam that emulates the touch and feel of human muscle and skin. This unique proprietary material does not absorb water or body fluids and is easy to clean and disinfect. Features of the Tourniquet Arm Trainer™ include a packable wrist wound and an upper arm slash wound for direct pressure application.  The product’s trademarked and patent pending COMPRESSION MATRIX™ inner core flexes and rebounds when tourniquet pressure is applied and released simulating anatomical body limb response when a tourniquet is used on a victim or patient.
