With a homebase in Florida, Aquatica is a prime spot for families, fun, and lifeguards! This Seaworld-owned chain has been named America’s best water park, among many other accolades. From slides to lazy rivers to a giant wave pool, Aquatica has lots of exciting variety for lifeguards. The best part? They’re hiring.
2. Wet ‘n’ Wild
Known for their slippery slides and attractions ranging from “chill” to “extreme,” Wet ‘n’ Wild is another top contender for lifeguards looking for entertainment on the job. Don’t mistake it for being all fun and games, though. Working for a busy water park life Wet ‘n’ Wild will require you to constantly be on your toes. Calling all Virginia residents! Water County USA has job openings for lifeguards. This park is known for being Virginia’s largest family water park. It gets chilly in the winter, so be sure to keep an eye out on job openings when the weather is warm.

We had to put one more Florida-based park on the list — there are so many of them! Discovery Cove is a unique water park because it offers animal and marine life encounters.
