New USCG Approved LIFE RING Debuts At United States Lifesaving Association (USLA) Conference in Orlando, Florida

New USCG Approved LIFE RING™ debuted at the United States Lifesaving Association (USLA) Fall Board Meeting & Education Conference in Orlando, Florida. The new LIFE RING has been in development for several years and was on display at the lifesaving conference in Orlando last week. Lifesaving industry leading company eLifeguard.com stated that they have been working with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to insure that the new rescue LIFE RING buoy meets or exceeds USCG regulations for this type of lifesaving and rescue implement. Its innovative new features include the ultra durable closed cell foam which is said to outlast old vinyl-dipped rings by even years. Another interesting feature is its molded in LIFE GRIPS™ which gives victims and rescuers more grip and surface area to hold. The LIFE RING is ideal for most any aquatic environment but as relates to this conference is was presented to be a valuable lifesaving device for surf and beach rescue in oceans, lakes, rivers, and other open water environments.
